I've only had a quick look on the net but haven't come up with anything yet. Could I recommend that you go to your local dealership to source the parts? It may be more expensive but if you do find a company that sells them on the net, or on earth, they might charge you a lot for shipping anyway

Hmmm, I still can't seem to find anything where did you buy your Doblo from? Perhaps they could help source parts for you? What about a Fiat dealership if they exist in your country?
