Panda Auto gearbox problems

Hi all!
I am a new member and would like to wish to you all a wonderful new year. My concern is I got Fiat Panda Eleganza semi-automatic. Every time the weather is very cold, the gearbox will remain on Neutral(N) and won't change to any gear. I have to warm up the engine for a while before it changes gear. When the weather is fine, there is no problem Any advice please. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Welcome to the panda section! Im afraid however you have posed to the classic section. We would love to help but the semi automatic system is very different to the CVT gearbox of the classic panda so your question may be better dealt with on the panda section.
