ATS Warrington - avoid it!

Avoid ATS in warrington, wilderspool causeway, like the plague. Waited nearly an hour today to get seen, only to be told I would have to take the works van to the hire company :bang: so they could inspect the tyres for themselves, both rear tyres were bordering on just legal.

The hire company company ended up changing them themselves after all that :bang:

some hire companies have contracts with certain garages/outlets if thats what you mean?

So your grievence is based on the fact they took almost 1 hour before they could attend to you? ........seems a bit unrealistic to me. Maybe if you or your employers had gone straight to the hire company for advice things would have been different.

yeah sledge I think things may have been different tbh, but I don't even think they knew the hire company actually have the ability to do tyres, and for sure, the company has learnt the hard way.

I think from now on they will speak directly to the hire company.

I wouldn't mind I only chose that branch cause it was in the vacinity of where I was working that day
