General Asbestos

Was bit concerned to see this sticker in my engine bay. Is the sticker just referring to period brake pads that might have had asbestos in them or is it possible there are asbestos threads elsewhere in the car. Do any of your cars have the sticker?

Just original brake and clutch friction material, so I would not worry at all
