I have a marea, which I think has the same fitting as the Bravo/a (same as mk1 punto as well).
You can use a small screwdriver, and carefully prise of the oval shaped base piece of plastic. Then all you need to do is undo the central screw and it will come off.
Tip... when you refit the aerial, unscrew the base from the whip, and smear a small amount of copper grease on that and on the base part that allows forward rotation. THis stops it all seizing, which is a common problem.
