Tried to take panel off using the guide on here, and everything was going well...till i came across the part where the panel was supposed to come off when unclipping th..clips. I can;t get to the clips!
1/2 of the panel comes off...where the door tray screw is, right up till the sideview mirror part...but the rest is very difficult to pry out - can someone help please??

Are you sure you have got all the screws out from inside edge of door? if so just give it a good yank, it will come. When you put it back just the same hit it with the palm of your hand, it will snap back under the rubber

Yeah - as far as i can see, the 4 along the bottom, the 3 along the side, 3 allen key hole..things.

Apparently there are 5 allen screws (two 4mm and 3 5mm screws) but the other two can't be seen anywhere! (or am i misinterpreting what was said: " Undo the 2x 4mm allen screws holding the inner door handle on.
Undo the 3x 5mm allen screws (2x in the handle and 1 where the inner door handle was - its under the black cap) (Pics 2 & 3)")

First remove the inner door handle (two allen key bolts) then remove the big bolt behind the door handle under the rubber bung, then there are two more alen bolts under the arm rest bit remove them. Then remove the switch pannel from the arm rest bit on the doorcard, disconnect the wires and there may be another allen key bolt there (cant remember) now take out all the screws along the bottom edge(4screws) and up the side where the hinge of the door is (3 screws. There is also a long screw that goes through the deep hole at the bottom of the doorcarad. once all these are removed just pull off the door card, there are poppers along the one side of the door that will reuire a bit of a tug, and then you need to carefully lift it over the door lock pin. It also makes life a lot easier if you remove the plastic surround around the wing mirror adjuster knob (or blanking plate on HLX/HGT models) before you try to remove the doorcard

for the rear door cards there are two alen bolts and a screw where the seat locks back. i would suggest u remove the seats first and aone all of the bolts are out you need to pull hard from the top back of the door card to remove it from the tight window clamps(b carefull they are sharp) and keep an eye out because if you stres it to much they do break!
