That'll teach me - I should have gone with my instinct and changed the waterpump when the head gasket was done 1st time - now I got to fight with that blo*dy bottom cambelt cover screw all over...
current thinking now (surely can't be so unlucky as to have two cracked heads) is that the impeller is either corroded?... broken? or slipping on it's shaft when the engine warms up... what the hell else can it be
