Are these fixable, if so a rough estimate?

Please dont say dont fix em, i just want to know are they fixable, if so anyone know how much it might cost, i am not gonna fix em but someone else will so i wanna know how much it could cost so i can tell em.
Its just one wheel damaged

jeeeeesus hehe you tried to go over a tree didnt you and yes i would say they are fixable most refurb places will do it for about 50 bucks a wheel we have one of the best places in scotland for wheels just a few mins from where i live which reminds me need to go and get my wheel fixed
