On checking our records, we find that this order code, was not issued to you
by our Marketing department. We are currently investigating fraudulent use
of this order code, and would appreciate any information you have as to where
this offer was obtained.
Order codes are not transferable, and can only be used by the customers that
they are issued to.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Sy a few people have had that e-mail just reply back saying it was a leaflet you found with your mail and can't remember where u got it from and it had no name on it so u assumed anyone could use it, basically play dumb.

they are not going to turn down a new customer.

and like i have said a few times now worst case senerio just send the stuff back they have a 14day free returns service.

any problems guys just post here
