Anyone from Leicester area? Need opinion on a garage over there.

Looking at buying this HGT (http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classif...t/radius/60/postcode/ng317aw/page/1?logcode=p) from a seller called Leicester Repairables.

I'm planning on bidding them on the price of course, but just wondered if anyone has heard good / bad things about them?? And if someone wants to earn £20 by going to have a look at it for me it would be appreciated also!
