Technical Any differences between Uno Turbo Drive shafts?

Hi All,

I have a MK1 Uno Turbo with the older bottom shift box.

I have a spare set of drive shafts (and half shaft) from a MK2 (Turbo).

My question is:-

Are all Uno Turbo drive shafts the same? IE are there any differences between the MK1 top or bottom shift box or MK2 shafts?

I think I read a post somewhere but I can’t find it

yes mate the mk1's have differant driveshafts to go with the differant gearboxs.

Top and bottom change gearboxes have their own shafts. Mk1 and Mk2 is not specific.

I think I'd best keep hold of the top shift shafts just incase I put that type in my MK1 .

Can someone tell me the difference in lenght?

I have lots of drive shafts, but I do not know which one is for bottem or top changed gearboxes.
