Technical any devices can change the setting of selespeed oil pressure

hello every body
my 500 had some difficulty to engage reverse gear
i just rebulit the gearbox actuator ,get change of the oil but no improvement,
i just found it had not enough oil pressure to push the R gear, but other gear is OK (1 to 5), i read from the OBD device that the oil pressure was about 4X bar,
i think if the pressure increase to 5X-60bar ,it can increase the chance of engage R gear.I just want to know any device can change this setting.

Your not really giving us much info about the car...
How did you rebuild the selespeed actuator? Fiat don't offer any parts for the unit, other than a brand new actuator? There was one eBay seller that offers custom sourced replacement seals etc.
Are you sure the issue is not with the gearbox itself or the clutch?
What error does MultiECUscan display? Did you recalibrate the unit once refitted?

I just break it down to clean & change oil(just learnt from youtube),checked the piston seals, it just perfect no leakage,
in fact the gearbox may has little problem in the R gear, it is not the CLUtch problem,it can engage the R gear but not 100% success, sometime i can hear R beeper sound & I can heard gear brushing sound when press the accelerator but no move especially when the car got very hot. i only has a cheap oBD device and haven't any recalibrate ,the error code just forgot
