I am 19 and the proud owner of a hgt
i am with norwich union on my mums insurance paying 900 full comp...i did however get quoted 9k this week on my own name...

so it is, my mistake, didn't read the whole post.

sorry, forgot to add, when my insurance comes up for renewal i am going on my own, on elephant as above, they have quoted 1.3k which isnt miles more then 900 and i can get some no claims!

I feel sorry for all you lot, ive had my HGT since i was 17 through my dads old style policy is only £500 then and is alot cheaper now. Think is because i live in the hills,

i got a HGT at the age of 18, and am paying 950£ with elephant. it was 1100£ the first year, i was 17 then tho lol. am hopeing to go on my own next year when im 19, but depends. all good tho

in my name with 1 years no claims and being 21 it only cost me around 800 3rd party f/f with NFU ( national farmers union) you don't have to be a farmer to get insurance. there is no set milage and i'm insured 3rd party on any other car/motorbike that i don't own too. happy days
