Technical Another Stilo issue

I'm having another issue with my Stilo, the Engine Management light keeps coming on.

Now, I had it reset and it drives great with no em light. However when I put my foot down the em light comes on, but the car still drives as it did.

I was told it may be my Lamba sensor, but the car still drives great?
