General am i stuck with it

got fiat doblo 1.9 jtd about 5 months ago and im bloody fed up of it going wrong
the thing is its the age long story first car / bought a lemmon due to inexperiance got it on hp over 4 yrs

do i have to wait till i pay it of or can i sell it now ?

Sorry to hear you're fed up with the Doblo.
If you really want to sell it you can do even if it is on hp.
The easiest way is to go to a dealer and tell them it's got outstanding hp. They can sort you out if you're buying another car from them.

Maybe once you've got the problems sorted it will be a good car. You'll have to get it sorted before you sell anyway, otherwise it won't be worth what you paid for it. By then you might be happy with it .
