I have booked my one month old Stilo into the dealer on Wednesday, (strange noises from engine bay) but I forgot to ask about a courtesy car. I have looked through the literature, but cannot find anything on the subject. So, before I call them back and ask, does anyone know if I am entitled to one?

They have said they will need the car for the entire day. I could survive without one, getting the bus home and back, but should I have to?

You may have to give them notice you need a car and pay £15.00 a day insurance.
I did and the car I got was punto, O give me my bravo HGT back.

I posted this earlier in the day, but in the wrong thread. Thanks Donz:I

OMG!

There should be a car made available for me, but get this...

£1000 insurance excess!!!

How on Earth can they justify that?

Anyway, I called my insurance company and they said all I have to do is call them on the day with the make and model and they will add the car to my policy. So heaven forbid anything should happen, I won't have the excess to worry about.

Everytime I deal with the dealership, they do something that enrages me. [:(!]

I like the gif's Cento.:)

Fiat charge you for a courtesy car? Bloody hell - I'd be tempted to kick 'em in the chunks if they asked me to pay for one!

Got a Micra for Wife from South Cleveland Garages in m'bro and had to take it in to be fixed. They really did bend over backwards to help out, told 'em all I needed was a taxi ride home but they insisted I take a virtually brand new courtesy car for a day. They are a Rover / Hyundai dealer and I can honestly say they are superb.

I rented a Hyundai Lantra once for a trip to London and back. Never again. The driver's seat was so narrow and small it was actually physically painful to sit in it :(

Got a crappy Punto. (Sorry to those with crappy Puntos ;) )

Also found out our car insurance automatically covers us for courtesy cars upto 1.7 litre. [8D]

It's filthy. Full of sand and it smells. Think I will take some pictures and make a complaint. I think I could start to like complaining to Fiat :D
