Alloy wheel issue

ive found a set of alloy wheels but they are 4x100 and et 38

but the centre bore is 73.1/73.2mm

now i have wobbly bolts and im just wondering if i have a set of spiggot rings from my current alloy wheels that are fitted with wobblys will they fit?

Depends entirely if the spigot rings you have are the correct inside diameter for the Fiat hub, (58.1 mm) and the outside diameter is the right size to fit inside the new wheels.

I ended-up turning-down on a lathe my alloy spigot rings, as the inside diameter of them was for VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda, 57.1 mm. (It worked-out cheaper than buying new rings, in my case.)
