Have a chance at some alloys for my car, but theyre off a VW Golf, is there any chance they'll fit with wobble bolts?

I've been told they are 4x100 7.5x17 et35.

Thanks.

4x100 will fit, you will need to buy some wobble bolts, also known as correctional bolts,
they allow for a 2mm play in wheels, you may also need a set of spiggot rings, your local tyre shop will help you with them,

hope this helps

thanks a lot mate.

I knew that wobble bolts would be needed, but wasn't sure about the ET35 bit.

Alloys

Heya, is your car gona be lowered on the 35 offset?, i had a set of tsw eurace 17x7 with 205/40/17 toyo t1s and 40mm gmax springs. They would catch when loaded up or on harsh roads. Now have tsw reflex in same size but 40 offset. Lowered 60 and not one scrape.

funny you say that i have 17's on mine same size tyre and mine was lowered 60mm alround and didnt scrape once, its now 40 at the front and still no scrape on full lock.

whats all this et all about? lol
pcd i kinda get lol

i wasn't planning n lowering the car really. Im not even 100% sure on the wheels i just thought i better check they'll go on before i decide lol.

thanks for the help guys.

Offset is usually stamped or engraved into the wheel and is measured in millimetres of 'ET' [ET is the short form of the German word 'Einpresstiefe' which literally translates as 'insertion depth']

Positive Offset wheels have their mounting face toward the front face of the wheel. Most front wheel drive vehicles have positive ET wheels.

Zero Offset wheels have their mounting face even with the centerline of the wheel and are by definition "ET 0".

Negative Offset wheels have their mounting face toward the rear of the wheel - powerful rear-wheel drive cars often have wheels with negative offset
