I do not know which Windows version this program will install. However, it is NOT installing at all on my Win7 system. It is a pity that with such an effort to make this program it will then not install. Wish it could be possible to have it running! I do not know if I am the only person who is having a problem opening this software! Thank you!

Tested on Windows 7 and 10, so I assume it should also work on 11.

The file you download from the forum is a RAR archive. You have to unpack it with an archive software (like 7zip, WinZip, WinRar etc). You will get an image of the original FIAT CD in an ISO format.

You have to mount it to a virtual CD drive. I'm using UltraISO for this purpose. Once mounted the CD will appear in 'My Computer' as a standard CD.

Then you have to install the program on your PC. And then you can use the program. At the end you can unmount the ISO image from the virtual drive. It will also unmount when you turn off the computer.

Everytime you want to launch the program, you need to mount it to the virtual CD drive.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
After download I used WINRAR to open the file. Since it is an ISO programm I loaded it on POWERISO where I burnt the files to CD disk. Burning disk was successful. Then I placed the disc in drive to install program. I ran the installation from the SETUP application. Installation starts but a few seconds after, what looks like an unpacking sequence, then the installation stops. Then, I tried running the installation again from the Dtesetup application and again it runs a while but it then stops again. I am running the files on Win7.
Still having issues viewing the contents of the disk. That is why I am highlighting this issue because others may have similar experience.
Again thanks for the interest

So, I downloaded the file from the forum, unpacked, mounted and try to install on Win10 and in fact, it does not work :(
I had it installed on my previous computer on Win7, which was then upgraded to Win10 and it was working properly. I will try to find the file in my archives, check and eventually reupload to the forum. Or request to delete the ressource.

Thanks for pointing out the problem.

OK here is an update. This morning I found a DTE icon on my desktop. This is highly likely was due to having my pc rebooted for the night. I inserted the disk which I had burnt yesterday and clicked on the DTE Icon. Here you can see the first two screens of the program. In between the these two screens you have to tell the program which version of Alfa Romeo one does have and in Page 2 you can see the details on the top right hand corner of the screen. What I think had happened was that I had left the CD in the pc and it then continued in the background. Next day after switching off the pc for the night then the next day I found the DTE icon on my desktop. Consequently I was wrong and this software does work albeit a bit strange but anyway it does work. This to clarify the whole correspondence we exchanged here.
