I am having problems with the Alarm on my Brava. The keyfob refuses to activate the alarm but is detected by the sensor unit when programming. But the strange thing is I can only activate the central locking from the drivers side, if I try the passenger side it won't open or close. It won't even open and close that door. Anybody else seen this? My thinking at the moment is that the connector is loose behind the passenger door lock. But I remember reading that if the alarm has trouble setting it will make a small beep. I don't get anything!??

Can anyone help!

have you driven it at all? or at least tried to start it?
if not your battery maybe dead - remember c/locking only works with a battery!
just a thought

You may have trouble with an alarm question. I had an issue with the lights never being able to decide whether to flash or not and no-one had a Scooby. Have to say though, since the cambelt was done it's all been fine. Perhaps you just need to disconnect the battery overnight?

Remember though, make sure you have the radio code.

Alarm

Mine stopped flashing and I took it back to Fiat who slapped a whole new alarm sensor 'thingy' in the roof panel. All under warranty but if not they were talking about £800!

coz fiat are stupidooooo

coz fiat are stupidooooo

i took my car in coz remote central locking didn't work, they wanted to charge me 700quid to replace all the lot!

i tryed hotwiring one of my other key fobs with a screw driver and it worked!! cost me 2 quid to solder a switch on it, problem fixed!
