alarm/central locking prob bravo

Hi

The alarm and central locking have stopped working, key fob appears to be ok, but no alarm light appearing on dash and key fob not operating central locking/alarm. Any ideas?

Could it be that there is an in line fuse?

Are you sure the battery is not dead in the Fob?

Have you got another one to try?

I had a similar problem, both keys stopped working, changed batteries but still not working, can't use the remote at all. The red light on the key lights up but nothing happens

Bought another fob battery and tried this but this didn't work either. When closing the door with the key the LED flashing light on the console should still come on but doesn't.
After buying a new fob battery the central locking is working but is very weak and you need to be close to the car.

We have wondered if the car battery being low could affect it?

You might want to take a look at the PCB/switch solder joints.
