Technical Airbag module

Hi All !!
Recently purchased a very beautiful Abarth 500 convertible and extremely happy however my airbag module has been declared beyond repair!! But have managed to find a module with the same numbers, will this work or does it need reprogramming?

It may need a proxy allignment (to get all modules talking to each other via CAN) with MES, but it may work straight away. Flashing ODOmeter means Proxy Allignment.
