Technical Air in take pip/hose replacement?

Hi all hope you can help.

After the emissions amber light came on in my doblo I opened the bonnet and notice that this pipe was split

I have used tape to repair at the moment and want to get a replacement

I have been told item number - 333355918518 from ebay (sorry can't post link as I'm a newbie)

But this has a small pipe fitment coming out of it which my current one doesn't???

Will this still work?

It is a Fiat Doblo 2006 Diesel.
