Looking to replace the Blue & Me with a touch screen system. Can anyone recommend a make and model that works well in my 2012 1.2 lounge ? I’m looking to spend around £500 for the unit.

The big problem with the older 500's is that they don't have a big aperture (single DIN) so screen size is limited for touch screen applications. Do you basically just want it for calls, music and navigation? If so, a good non-touch unit - something like this - https://www.pioneer-car.eu/eur/products/mvh-x580dab - connected to your phone will do everything you need it to.

Hi,
Yes I was looking for a flip out screen in particular. Although on Youtube I saw an 2012 500 fitted with a Kenwood double din touch screen. There are casings and outer surrounds to change it from a single din that just reroute the air vents to the sides and make it look factory fitted.
I'm just wondering which make and model would best suit mine ? Or is the Kenwood the one to go for. There are so many, and I'm not clued up with which gives value for money. I dont mind the make - it doesnt have to be top of the range, but I dont want a cheap import that doesnt last.

Cheers TCB. Will pop around to the ICE supplier and see what they have in stock. Many thanks [emoji1303]
