after market add-ons - trip computer

Anyone know if there is an aftermarket trip computer available? I know it will be expensive, as most aftermarket stuff that isn't mainstream tends to be. I just want to know if anyone does it. I'm searching now but if anybody else finds/knows a place that does it, post the details. Cheers.

P.S Also cruise control add on kits.

There used to be trip computers available. I don't think they are that expensive.
All you need is a sensor for the wheels (so it knows how fast you are going and can work out how far you have been) and a flowmeter for the fuel line.
Can't think of any other hardware required (apart from the computer itself )

Thinking about this, what do you actually want the trip computer to do?
If you just want to do miles and not miles per gallon, then a hand held GPS thang will do that.

Borrow a GPS for a tankful just to check the Fiat trip counter works and then follow Tom's method.

Miles driven / litres used * 4.55 = MPG

Adding an aftermarket MPG meter to an injection system is quite hard due to the pressures.
