Technical Advice please,turbo boost gauge

Hi there,i just picked up my 2013 with 60K on the clock this morning,the turbo boost gauge was working fine for about 45 mins then it started misting up on the inside and the lights went out,boost needle still working,is there a fix or replace please,cheers.
Hope i have put this in the right section,feel free to move if needed admins.

I had similar on my 2016. I was told it was due to battery being old and low voltage on start up. Decided I really didn't need the boost gauge so removed it and filled the hole with a Fiat Sat nav socket. Found a dummy one on Partsworld for £15.

My 2011 did the same. Would sometimes work and sometimes not. New battery 4 years ago and all well since then.

Just a guess but the misting up you describe could have been the bulb or wiring burning . I suggest you need to remove it and check.
