Hello

My name is Caroline. I am 26 and have just bought my first Barchetta

I have seen two others and was very disappointed because they were sparkly little gorgeous cars. The one I have just bought it a rivera limited edition and lovely. Left hand drive takes a bit of getting used to!

I have a few questions :

- Where can I get a hardtop?
- My drivers side window/roof/door seal is leaking. My friend thinks it is because the rubber seal has bent in a little
- The stereo! I have bought a faschia from ebay, are they easy enough to fit?
- Where do I get a barchetta rear badge?
- Are there any barchetta days?? I used to have a mini and there were loads

I am very pleased with my new car, even though I have a few probs with it. It needs new brakes aswell, nevermind though, she looks lovely.

Dare I say it, does anyone want to buy a proper Clio Sport??

Hi caroline - Welcome to the b-club,

Hardtops - ebay has them occasionally. I bought mine new from DTR in Mortlake but they often have second hand ones as well and they can paint it to match if necessary.

Leaks can be a pain to rectify as new rubber is rather expensive. Others that post here have done it and can advise. If you have a hardtop fitted they may need to adjust the windows slightly so you may want to wait to address the leak until you get the hardtop fitted.

Fashia is a doddle to fit as it should just clip around the stereo before you insert it into the stanard slot. I replaced the cd in mine with satnav and it was a piece of cake.

There is a UK Barchetta club that occasionally organises tack and meeting days. [http://www.fiatbarchetta.com/club/uk/] There tend to be more in Europe if you are up for a serious road trip!

welcome to the madness of the barchetta world!!
first of all to congrat you on your choice!!!

hardtop is something i m actually dealing with right now.i m getting a slightly used silver one for 1000 euros plus 250 euros shipping to athens greece!!
i have a 04 barchetta and i m verypleased with it so far so good!!!here are a few pics of things you can do to your new car!!!!!
