Adressbook only shows one contact number

I used to have no problems with my phone using blue and me. It always showed home and office numbers. After updating the system to 5.4, because I wanted to connect my Ipod, it still worked well. I then erased all my phones on the system and connected them again. One phone is that used to work perfect only shows just one phone number now. I have tried everything, but can't get it working. Is there anyone who knows how to solve this problem?
