Hello, I have a 2012 Fiat Doblo 1.6 Multijet diesel that was originally built without air conditioning.
I am planning to retrofit the factory A/C system.
My question is about the wiring:
Does the ECU (engine control unit) already have the pins and connections prepared for the A/C compressor clutch control and the A/C request signal from the dashboard switch?
Or do I need to run additional wires from the cabin (switch panel) to the ECU and then to the relay/fuse box?
I would like to know this in advance, before I buy the parts, so I don't spend money unnecessarily.
Any wiring diagrams, pinouts, or advice from someone who has done this retrofit would be very helpful.
