Ever since new my fan will not change air put out if I go from regular to pressing Max nothing changes??? Is there a door in duct work that isnt engaGING?

That was going to be my next suggestion.
If there is an electrical or software issue, especially on such a new car, then it’s a job for the dealership and the warranty
You just needed to say “dealer” I have yet to meet a “competent car dealership, actually that’s a lie, I had an amazing experience with SAAB about 18 years ago when I had a Saab 900 but given they went bust that tells you all you need to know about a company that prides itself on doing a good job
