ABS + injector !

As an update: I had a problem with the ABS.300 euro for the two wheel sensors, labour included. The mechanic advised that it would be best to change them both since the second one was bound to go dead.The work will be done tomorrow.

For the past few days I 've had the injector light on. The car doesn't misfire, there is no loss of power (at least none that I can detect) plus the light goes out immediately after pulling away or in the first 2 miles, and I am going berserk. Although the tester showed nothing I 'll ask them to check it again.

Any advise?

Hi buzz

i'm in the same boat regarding the injector light. Mine comes on every time i'm on the motorway. Had the car in on friday for a diagnostic, nothing showed up. As with yours i've no signs of any probs except the light. Mechanic at the dealership said it's just something i'll have to live with to see if anything develops, fantastic waste of £60.

Maybe Tom can suggest something!!

Well, if the light is on the ECU should have a fault code stored. Odd!

Most likely a sensor problem, just don't know which one.
