General Abarth Experience. The Racing School Rockingham

After a couple of postponements my wife attended this today. Shally enjoyed herself. After the briefing and some familiarisation laps in an Alfa she got to see what it is like to take the A500 out on a track. To finish it off she had a freebie of a high speed passenger lap to make up for the postponements. I enjoyed watching a well driven 500 stuffing some of the super cars on the track which were being driven by punters. It is always an eye opener to see what professional drivers can do with a car.

I've driven rockingham a couple of times once at a BMW track day and then a Vxr day, it's a nice circuit, driving an m3 csl was great and instruction is really good. Best lap though was with an instructor, 4 of us in an x3 chasing a z4 good job it was a 4x4 since we ran wide a few time !!!
