Technical Abarth 595 ESC unavailable & hill hold unavailable

I've seen a post on here that's similar but those fixes didn't help. A week ago my car said esc & hill hold unavailable as well as no steering. Couldn't drive my car because of the no steering. Checked the battery and it's full charged, changed brake light switch sensor in passenger side dashboard and still comes up Only on a cold morning. So in the last week it's happened in 3 cold mornings
Any advice?

Time for a new battery and a new earthstrap/cable?
