Just want to give a big thumbs up to A1 clutches in Tipton, West Mids.
This week I decided to get my clutch changed on the Ulysse as under extreme pressure it was slipping and stinking and I didn't want to find myself with problems during the winter months with all 4 kids and the wife on board.
I phoned several companies from the yellow pages and all quoted £195 for a new clutch and £145 for a reconditioned clutch.
A1 clutches rang me back a few minutes after quoting me £195 and requoted me £158 brand new.
Booked it in for today and agreed to deliver it to them @ 9:30 for collection @ 2pm. @ 12 pm they phoned to say it was ready.
When I collected it it was clear that care had been taken of my car and their service has been first class.
From what I can ascertaine Fiat charge 4.5 hrs labour from this job, but A1 completed the job in 2.5hrs.
The A1 Tipton phone number is 0121 522 2094, but they do have a centre in Birmingham for which I dont have the number handy.
Based on the service that I have recieved from them I would happily recommend them for other Fiat owners.
