A kid is born with a golden screw in his bellybutton.
All his life, he is afraid to engage in sports, or go to the beach, go on a date, or engage in any type of activity where others might taunt him, or be repulsed because of the golden screw.
As an adult, he goes to church and kneels at the altar......
"Oh, Lord ! " he cries...... "Why have you burdened me with this horrible golden screw!"......"Please, I beg you, have pity......My life has been ruined...... Please release me from this affliction!"
Suddenly, a glowing white cloud appears over the altar...... There is a crack of thunder, and lightning flashes....... And from the cloud, there miraculously appears a golden hand, clutching a golden screwdriver...........
The hand brings the golden screwdriver down to the fellow's navel, and begins to slowly unscrew the golden screw........
