A few queries after an install.

After installing front and rear amped speakers to my Grande Punto. I now have a few issues.

I fully sound deadened the whole doors, which took ages i know. The front speakers are JBL and are amped via a 4 channel JBL amp. On certain songs, the door card rattles and vibrates and also messes up the sound stage.

And in the boot i cannot get a decent ground/earth anywhere, tried the latch and rear seat brackets. Nothing. The speakers pick up the car's engine noise because of this.

Any advice/help would be appreciated.

The speakers wont really pick up whine because of the earth position. Multiple earths or running the RCA's near power will. There are a million fixes but earth position wont be one of them.
If the earth is wrong it simply wont work or will all blow up. Make sure the area you are earthing to is well sanded down. A fresh hole, nut and bolt is ideal but not essential. Doing a continuity test on the area near the bolt will help to show you how efficiently it can dissipate voltage.
