Our motorhome has a ZF9HP48 9 speed automatic transmission.
At 2 years 3 months old and with 16000 miles on the clock it has just been diagnosed by Fiat Professional dealership with a defective Transmission Control Valve Block and associated cable loom.Fault codes which came up were: B1048-64 TCM failure-signal plausibility; P0643-00 sensor reference voltage 1 circuit high; P1DB6-00 Vehicle speed signal performance; U1465-00 implausible driver shift request signal received; P0707-00 transmission range sensor A circuit low; P215C-00 output shaft speed-wheel sensor correlation; U197C-64 message from TCM signal plausibility failure.
Anyone else had similar faults?
Repair cost £1753 of which Fiat have agreed to pay half as out of warranty(by 3 months).They also said we have to pay for diagnosis £319.
