Stuck! Recently overhauled motor had a tick in the motor and stoped wouldn’t turn over or try to start
At her than tick there was no noise or screech. Just stopped will not turn over.

Sounds like seized, any warnings, overheating etc.?
Assume no movement with spanner on crank pulley?
Was engine rebuilt by yourselves or professional with a warranty , hopefully?

Yes, you can try a socket on the crank pulley with a breaker bar gently, to see if you get any movement....don't try to force anything and don't turn the motor backwards or it might jump time..you mentioned in your post 1000 miles, was there 1000 miles put on the motor breaking it in from New before this happened? And like bugsy Mike asked, was it professionally rebuilt with a warranty?
