I've no idea. I mean, I've only go two mk1 SX's so how would I know?!!! I think if it's anywhere then it will be on the face of the engine block somewhere but I've no idea which side. Oh and Jai. Early mk1 SX's had the 1299cc engine and then the later engines were 1301cc

But the N/A (non turbo) 1.3 86.4mm bore, 55.5mm stroke (Haynes orange page 27) 1.4 N/A (and TURBO) 80.5mm bore, 67.4mm stroke (Haynes orange page 238) 1.3 TURBO (for ref) 80.5mm bore 63.8mm (1299cc) 63.9mm (1301cc) (Haynes orange page 237) not sure how you'd tell by looking externally though. Engine number should be able to tell those with access to data. Alternatively there is a casting number on the back of the block (probably in line with the drive shafts).
