I have a 25 plate Fiat600e.
If I get into the car, start the engine and sit there without going into drive with the heater on, the battery symbol comes up as red. If I then turn the car off and turn it back on, the symbol goes and I can drive as normal.
It never comes on at any other time, only when I'm sat there doing nothing with the heater on. I do this whilst waiting for my son to finish at football training as I dont have the time to go home and come back.
I can't get a straight answer off anyone. On other forums people are saying not to drive as its a faulty battery I can't take it to a dealership as its a company car so they have to tell me where I can take it but won't send breakdown. If I report it work, im 6 weeks without a car as they don't offer replacements
