Welcome , those 100hp Pandas seem quite rare , there’s 1 on Facebook marketplace (ad posted about a month ago) in Essex 35,000 miles for £4995 .

Finding a 100hp without damage, molested or rot will not be easy
The rot will be behind the plastic sill covers so the can look okay
Every part of the suspension and steering is unique.,
Rack, column,springs, shocks, axle, arm, bump stops,
Brakes,.abs and so are also different from the rest of the panda range
All hard to find and expensive, often the wrong parts are fitted, often don't handle as intended
I certainly don't want to put you off buying one
But it's not an easy task, unless you can do repairs and fabrication
Even little things like climate control is fragile and difficult to repairs,bdo make sure it blows hot and cold
