General 500X Pop

Does anyone own the standard 500X Pop and if so what is the stereo quality like?

I'm aware that it's the base Uconnect but it only has 4 speakers, presumably without the tweeters.

I don't have the base pop but I assume we have the same music system as I didn't upgrade this part although it is digital (I don't think they call it a stereo anymore lol) and sound quality isn't great to what I was expecting. But with a little tweak of the base and treble was much improved. I think the tweeters are at the front near the window or integrated into them

I have the 500X POP and the sound system is just ok. It only has 4 speakers in the doors, I had Rockford Fosgate component midrange and tweeters installed in the door & upper dash area so everything looks stock. Also added a 12" sub/amp enclosure in the trunk. The sound is amazing this way & was not expensive. Leave the rear speakers as is and you will be very pleased with the system, the stock head unit is quite sufficient and works very well with an iPhone/iPod.
