I think it was only late Pandas (Mk2F) that came with this.

mine has a high level brake light too it can be brought in a kit from fiat or It could a couple of years ago.

Not available under the kit part number any more, but is under the individual part numbers (was in 2009) if ordering it as seperate parts. Part numbers on a thread somewhere on here, was <£30 iirc in 2009
