Long story short, i put the battery in backwards one day by accident, was only for a few seconds but had done more damage than i thought.

Whenever i use either indicator all lights but one flash. Im thinking either the relay or the hazzard switch is fecked. So starting with the cheapest fix first except...

I cant find a relay that matches the fiat one that was in her. Does anyone know where to get one?

these relays can be a pain to find. if you have the grey 4 pin type.
you can stick a standard 3 pin flasher relay in the panda but you loose the flashing dash light when you stick the indicators on.

on the indicator relay where the pins are, there will be numbers next to the pins.

if you can find a relay with the numbers in the same place as the original one, it will work if you plug it in. you'll find them, but it will be missing the "middle" pin which controls the dash light.

you could however just make a simple diode bridge, where you take the lives of each indicator side, stick them through diodes, then run that wire up to the dash bulb.

that is what i did on fallout just using a standard 3 pin flasher relay...

I have actually seen 5 pin relays with the four connections i need in the right place, but was insure if it would work without the fith pin connected to something

Turns out im just a d1ck. Took relay apart and found its a simple on off type.

That got me thinking its either an earth problem or the switch (indicator stalk) checked both. Then bolt of lighnting moment. Remember when you fitted central locking kit, you wired up the indicators to flash too.

10mins later problem fixed (y) although i think it passed its last MOT like that so im not the only fool
