3rd bolt, mirrors??

sorry lads ive looked myself and checked previous posts but cant find it. Im changing my mirrors to m3 ones, ive took the adjuster part on the inside off then removed two of the star shaped bolts i no thers one more but cant find it??? can any one help please, n merry christmas!!

There is a rubber cover, about 4 inches long, on the inside front edge of the door next to the mirror. Lever the bottom part out and you will get access to the third bolt.
