what is the second wire that runs form the drl. Looks like an attaching/restraining wire not electrical....and how do i disconnect it to fully remove the bumper?

If you pull the part marked with the red arrow away from the part marked with the yellow arrows wouldn't you be able to take it out to the right of the photo?

The one the other side is broken so looks like some has done that before…..
