Uno 2nd Uno in 10 years

Hi there. I am new here. I just bought my 10th car in 10 years, and it is the first time I've bought something I've owned before. A Uno Mia 1.1 (2002).

I already need help

I suspect my welsch plugs are leaking (behind cam cover and behind the clutch).

Is it the easiest to remove the entire engine, or can I do it by removing the pulleys on the left and the gearbox and clutch on the right?
