I've have a Fiat Ducato pickup/chassis 244 2.8 JTD (94 kW, 128 hp) since 2012. Built in September 2005, first registered in June 2006.
When installing a new clutch, my workshop discovered that the dual-mass flywheel had fine hairline cracks and needed to be replaced, but told me they are unable to order it.
For weeks I have inquired everywhere about this part, at Fiat and Iveco dealers, local workshops, friends and on the Internet, without success.
Many websites understandably asked for the chassis number or key number, which I also provided, and I noticed something:
The displayed vehicle information matched my vehicle specifications, but the dual-mass flywheels offered had a different OE-Number (504008216) than the OE-Number installed in my car (504008215).
Someone told me that the OE-Number 504008216 is not known as a Fiat part number in
ePer.
In
ePer I see that the OE-Number 504008215 can be ordered.
Further inquiries at several Fiat dealers have shown that this part can no longer be ordered.
Where can I order it then?
