I’ve bought a replacement seat for my Dobbie but it has come without the metal hoop located under the front of the seat which controls the backwards/forwards adjustment (see photo). Does anyone on the forum know if this part is available from Fiat as a spare part? Or does anyone have one lying around which I could buy.

It seems there are two different levers.
Their part numbers are:
47303940 FORK --> trim level base
55703396 HANDLE
Looking at the photos it looks like the first one is the correct one.
Try finding one online or ask at the dealership.
If you just want it to look nice (as the one on the photo has some deep scratches), make it sand and powder coat it.

Thanks. The photo I posted was of the drivers seat which came with the “handle” in place. The passenger seat came minus that “handle”. Appreciate the part no (55703396). I’ll check with my local Fiat dealer to see if this can be supplied. Do you know if part no 55703396 fits both the passenger and driver seat?
