Panda 2012+ 2016 Cross 4x4

Hello Fiat folk, I've had my panda cross 4x4 for a few years now and made a couple of slight mods ( self made kevlar bash plate, 5cm lift, new bushes ) and an now looking at upgrading the old head unit for one of the replacement android auto digital ones available online. Has anyone done this to their car and are their any issues I should be aware of before I start pulling things out? As a matter of interest, how did you do the lift and, have you gone up in tyre size also?
Can’t help on the ICE Head as I’m very old school

I bought the kit online from spaccer and had my mechanic do the work. I kept the the tyre size the same and just fitted chunky treads. Here's the link
